Security settings protect your integrator.io profile and govern how you authenticate when signing in to the platform. This article explains how to update your password, link or unlink a Google authentication session, and configure your individual multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods and trusted devices.
To access your security settings, go to Account (the avatar at the top of the page), and then select Security. You can use the Security settings navigation on the left side of the page to move between sections.
Change your password
- Go to Account (the avatar at the top of the page), and then select Security.
- Next to the Password box, select Edit. Passwords must be 10–100 characters long, contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, include at least one number, and must not match any of your 20 previous passwords.
- Change your password. Celigo sends a confirmation email to the new address.
Note: Password reset emails are sent from noreply@celigo.com. To ensure you receive these messages, you or your IT team may need to add @celigo.com to your allow list.
Link or unlink Google sign-in
Your integrator.io account can sign in through a linked Google account or as a standalone account with an email address and password. When the account is linked to Google, integrator.io uses your active Google session to sign you in. When it is standalone, the session is not tied to Google, and your integrator.io password is managed separately from your Google password.
Caution: To protect your private data and prevent unauthorized access to your Gmail or other Google apps, never share your Google sign-in credentials. If you need to grant access to team members, invite them as separate users via Account > Users. If you need to grant access to support personnel, use the built-in support access options rather than sharing a password.
- Go to Account (the avatar at the top of the page), and then select Security.
- If your sign in is not linked to Google, you'll see Link to Google. Otherwise, you'll see Unlink from Google. Select Google to link or unlink it.
Manage your MFA settings
To set up multifactor authentication, change your authenticator app, or manage the trusted devices that can skip the MFA code, see Set up and manage MFA for your account.
Select an account for SSO
If you are an existing Celigo platform user and receive an invitation to an account that requires SSO, do the following:
- Open the email invitation link and log in using your email address and password.
- Go to Account (the avatar at the top of the page), and then select Security.
- In the Use this account for SSO list, select the account you will use to log in with SSO.
For details on using SSO with multiple accounts, see Sign in with SSO.
