Sign in to integrator.io

Sign in to integrator.io at the regional domain where your account was created, using your email address and password, your Google account, or your organization's single sign-on (SSO). This article shows you where to sign in, which sign-in methods are available, what to expect if your account requires multifactor authentication (MFA), and how to resolve the most common sign-in problems. It's for every integrator.io user; account owners and administrators configure the sign-in requirements in the articles linked throughout.

Choose your regional domain

integrator.io runs in four regional data centers, and each one has its own sign-in URL. Your account exists only in the region where it was created, so a sign-in attempt at another region's URL fails even with the correct credentials.

Region Sign in at
United States (US) integrator.io
Canada (CA) ca.integrator.io
Europe (EU) eu.integrator.io
Australia (AU) au.integrator.io

The same rule applies to the Support Portal: select your region when you sign in to raise a ticket.

If you need to work in accounts in more than one region, you need a separate profile in each region. The same email address can be used for a profile in every region.

Sign in with your email address and password

  1. Go to your regional domain.
  2. Enter your Email and Password, and then select Sign in.

If your account requires MFA, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app when prompted. On a trusted device, you aren't asked for a code again until the trust period your administrator set expires. See Set up MFA for your account.

Your session ends after one hour of inactivity, or when you sign in from another device or browser.

Sign in with Google

If your profile is linked to a Google account, select Sign in with Google on the sign-in page. integrator.io uses your active Google session, so you aren't asked for an integrator.io password. To link or unlink your Google account, see Unlink integrator.io from your Google account.

Sign in with SSO

If your account uses SSO, sign in either from the integrator.io tile in your identity provider's app dashboard or at your account's SSO URL: https://<regional domain>/sso/<organization-ID> — for example, https://integrator.io/sso/acme. Your account owner or administrator can give you the organization ID.

If you belong to more than one account that uses SSO, you first choose which account your SSO sign-in applies to. See Sign in with SSO.

Troubleshoot sign-in

Your credentials are rejected at the sign-in page

Cause: You're at the wrong regional domain, or the email address or password is incorrect.

Resolution: Check the URL against the table in Choose your regional domain. If the region is right, re-enter your email address, or select Forgot password? to reset your password. If you don't know which email address your profile uses, ask your account administrator.

Your account is locked

Cause: Ten consecutive unsuccessful sign-in attempts with the same email address lock the account for roughly seven minutes.

Resolution: Wait seven minutes, and then sign in with the correct credentials or reset your password with Forgot password?.

Your MFA code is rejected or you no longer have your authentication device

Cause: The authenticator app is out of sync, the device is lost, or MFA was set up before the account owner completed their own MFA setup.

Resolution: Ask your account owner or administrator to reset your MFA (Account > Users > Actions > Reset MFA), and then sign in and set up MFA again. If you are the account owner or an administrator and no one else can reset it, contact Celigo Support; you'll be asked to verify your identity. See Set up MFA for your account.

Your account requires SSO and SSO fails

Cause: Your identity provider is unavailable, the SSO configuration in integrator.io doesn't match your identity provider, or the identity provider's certificate has expired.

Resolution: Ask your account administrator to check the identity provider's status and the SSO settings under Account > Security. If SSO is required for you, you can't sign in another way until it's restored. If the account owner has turned on Require SSO for account owner and SSO is down, the owner must contact Celigo Support to regain access. See Require SSO for the account owner.

Your account allows SSO but you want to sign in with a password

Cause: SSO is optional for your user, so the manual sign-in page is available.

Resolution: Add ?manualMode=true to your regional sign-in URL — for example, https://eu.integrator.io/signin?manualMode=true. If the URL already has a query parameter, add &manualMode=true instead. Manual mode isn't available when SSO is required for you.

You're signed in but see an invalid access error

Cause: Your permissions in the account don't include the action you tried. An account owner or administrator assigns each user Manage, Monitor, or custom permissions for the account or for specific integrations.

Resolution: Ask the account owner or an administrator for the permissions you need. See Manage user roles & permissions to an account.
