What’s enhanced

FBA Inventory Adjustment Add on: Validate inventory adjustments to check available quantity

While processing the inventory adjustments, the  “Amazon (FBA) Inventory Adjustments to NetSuite Inventory Adjustments” flow further validates the available quantity in NetSuite for -ve inventory adjustments. The flow also displays an error message “The requested quantity adjustment for Item ID ### is more than the available quantity. Amazon SKU: ####. Inventory adjustment is requested for ## and the available quantity in NetSuite is ##” for the Assembly/Bill of Materials, Inventory items with bin numbers, Lot Numbered, and Serialized items if the quantity adjustment is more than the available quantity in NetSuite. Also, it now processes the remaining adjustments without any errors.

Example: If there are 1000 adjustment records, previously, if sufficient quantity was not present for a -ve adjustment, the integration app Dashboard used to display an error message for all the 1000 adjustment lines. Now, the error message is displayed only for the individual record which has a -ve adjustment.

Note: In NetSuite, only if you check the Inventory Status checkbox on the Enable Features page (Setup > Company > Setup Tasks section > Enable Features page > Item & Inventory tab > Inventory section), the quantity is validated for all the item types. 

Auto-accessory category for the US marketplace

The integration app now is enhanced to support the following sub-categories for the already existing auto-accessory product category. You can now sync items related to the below categories and subcategories using the “NetSuite Item to Amazon Product” flow. For more information, see Supported Amazon marketplaces and product categories.

What’s fixed

Create location mapping correctly in all scenarios

For the “Amazon (FBA) Inventory Adjustments to NetSuite Inventory Adjustments” flow, if you manually delete the location mapping and select the location in the Select the FBA warehouse location for sellable inventory * or Select the FBA warehouse location for damaged inventory settings (Settings > Inventory (FBA) > FBA Location), the location mapping is now created correctly without any errors.
