Support to sync Amazon’s “Remote Fulfillment with FBA” program data
From September 15th, 2020, Amazon is changing the inventory feed processing for the sellers who have enrolled in the “Remote Fulfillment with FBA” program. If you are a seller who enrolled in this program, to sync the inventory feed submissions, ensure to configure the SwitchFulfilmmentTo mapping in the “NetSuite Inventory to Amazon Inventory Add/Update” flow. For more information on how to configure the mapping, see Export item inventory from NetSuite to Amazon.
Note: This is applicable to the US, Canada, and Mexico marketplaces.

The integration app now supports the new product categories and its sub-categories. You can now sync items related to the below categories and subcategories using the “NetSuite Item to Amazon Product” flow. For more information, see Supported Amazon marketplaces and product categories.

What’s fixed
Consider order actual value if your NetSuite account has multi-currency enabled with multiple base currencies
If your NetSuite account has multi-currency enabled with multiple base currencies and when you run the “Amazon (MFN/FBA) Order to NetSuite Order Add” flow, while calculating the eTail order variances, the flow now considers the order actual value without converting the order value as per the base currency. This also ensures that order in NetSuite will not have any “eTail Order Total” and “eTail Tax Total” variances.
Shipping tax rate to be the same on order and invoice
When your Amazon order has shipping amount and,
- In your integration app,
- In the Settings > General > Tax,
- In the How would you like to bring sales tax into NetSuite setting, if you select Overwrite taxes with Amazon tax amounts.
- Per-line taxes on transaction enabled in NetSuite checkbox is checked.
- In the Settings > Order (FBA/MFN) > Order tab, if you do not select any value in the NetSuite item to track Amazon Shipping amounts and taxes setting.
- In the Settings > General > Tax,
- In your NetSuite account,
- Multi-currency is enabled
- Multiple base currencies are defined
As per the above-mentioned scenarios, when you run the “NetSuite Order to NetSuite Invoice Add” flow, the shipping tax rate on the order should match the shipping tax rate in the invoice.
