When an update is required to the integrator.io bundle (20038) or an integration app bundle for NetSuite, Celigo pushes the update out to customers' Production accounts gradually.
To request a Production bundle update sooner than the scheduled push:
- Locate your NetSuite ID. It appears as the subdomain in your URL.
- In the NetSuite Omni-search bar, search “page: installed bundles”.
- Open a support ticket and include the following information:
- Your NetSuite ID
- The bundle name(s) and ID(s).

What is the Salesforce Category for such a request? That is a required field on the request form, and none of the options seemed intuitive to me.
It appears that that field is enabled whenever you select Salesforce – NetSuite integration app for the product. That was a correct choice for your situation, but the Salesforce configurations would be immaterial. Sorry for the unnecessary hurdle. I confirmed with Support that they've received your request.
