The duplicate rule error will not be returned once the duplicate rule for the Edit Alert and Report has been deleted.
In case you find an error that says "You are creating a duplicate record. We recommend you use an existing record instead.", open the Retry data and extract the Customer ID, open it in NetSuite, edit it, and save it. You need not make any changes.
To navigate to the Duplication rule:
- Click Setup.
- Search Duplication Rule in the Quick Find box.
- Open the Standard Account Duplicate Rule.
Test disabling by selecting Edit > Alert and Report, then re-save the NetSuite records that returned the error.
