Celigo has product releases at timely intervals for the integration platform – integrator.io, connectors, and prebuilt integration apps.
The planned six-week release schedule, as shown below, applies to the Celigo platform (integrator.io) and Celigo Integration apps that require an update. Connectors are released every two weeks to make it easy for users to connect to a wide variety of applications. ( You will get the cumulative list of all connectors added or enhanced over a six-week period in the connectors release notes that's available along with the Platform release notes.)

CloudExtend is a part of the Celigo product offerings, but it is an entirely separate product with its own releases that are not covered in this article.
Celigo has a blackout period of two months, from roughly mid-Nov to mid-Jan, for its product releases. The blackout period is a temporary period when no new changes are deployed to production to ensure system stability during the critical Holiday season.
New Celigo platform releases are incrementally rolled out over several days selectively to groups of customers across the United States & Europe to avoid any runtime disruptions. The multi-day process strives to ensure a smooth, safe, and stable upgrade for all our customers. New releases for Celigo Integration apps typically start to roll out the week after the Celigo platform (integrator.io) release and continues over several weeks.
During a release rollout,
- Only flows that are starting a new run will use a new released version.
- Flows that are already running will continue to use the existing release version for the duration of the flow run until it's complete.
Important
After Celigo deploys a new release, there’s no upgrade activity that you have to perform to use the latest version. However,we can't push our NetSuite Bundle/SuiteApp updates to NetSuite Sandbox accounts, so you must perform this upgrade.
At any time, if you’re not sure about which version you are using, you can check the latest release notes in the Help Center for the current, that is, the latest version reference.

) menu in the upper right of the Home page – The What's new page provides the latest release notes of the Celigo platform (integrator.io), connectors, and integration apps.

For integration apps, if you are an account owner or administrator, you can also see which version you are using in the Admin tab. This integration app version is specific to the application, and it's separate from the release reference.
We actively engage with our users to let you know about upcoming changes in the next release via email announcements. We make announcements about two weeks prior to a release, and again on the day of release. We typically include a pre-release version of the release notes linked to all the announcements, so that you can read about the upcoming changes in more detail ahead of each release. Final versions of the release notes are published on the day when the release goes live.
