Reason: Value for the field "Phone" on the Customer address is incorrect

Solution 1

You can edit the data in the Error dialog in integrator.io.

1. In the integrator.io dashboard, click on the Shopify Integration App Tile.
2. The jobs are listed. In the Error column, locate the specific Error and in the dialog box.
3. Click the Edit icon and modify the desired value.
4. Save the value and click Retry to trigger the flow successfully.

Solution 2

You can also edit the Customer address data on the Order in Shopify.

1. Go to Shopify Order record.
2. Click Edit and modify the Address fields and Save.
