Duplicate customer records being created In NetSuite while using the Shopify Integration App

Issue:
We are encountering an issue in the Shopify-NetSuite Integration App where it is creating a duplicate customer record in NetSuite. It is happening when a customer places a second order.
They have the same eTail Customer ID and the same email.
One was created in NetSuite via CSV and then edited for the eTail Customer ID.  The other record was created via Script.
Resolution:

The Customer Import Flow of the Integration App uses Shopify Customer ID of the custom record Celigo Shopify Customer Id Map to avoid duplication.  If it does not find a match, then it searches for the record based on the email ID such that the record should NOT have any value set for the SHOPIFY STORE field in NetSuite.  When the mentioned criteria is matched, the flow updates the record, otherwise it creates a new record.

In this case, the customer record created via CSV does not contain the customer record value for Celigo Shopify Customer Id Map. The search on Shopify Customer ID of the custom record Celigo Shopify Customer Id Map didn't find a value. Also, the record created via CSV contains a value for the SHOPIFY STORE field, which violated the second criteria match, and hence the new record for the customer was created.
