Shopify Error Code in Fulfillment: 404, Error Message: '{"errors":"Not Found"}'

Data Flow: NetSuite Fulfillment to Shopify Fulfillment Add

Error Code: 404

Error Message: '{"errors":"Not Found"}'

Reason: Occurs when an eTail Order line ID is changed.

Resolution:

  1. Goto NetSuite, then locate your Order ID and navigate to the fulfillment record from the Order ID record.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Check for the "eTail Order Line ID" at line level.
  4. Provide a valid ID and Save the record.
  5. Go to the integrator.io dashboard and open the Error dialog of the job.
  6. Select the Job and click Retry to re-run the Fulfillment flow successfully.
