Problem:
"It seems that the Fedex mapping is not working. We are receiving the following error:
'missing_static_lookup
'Failed to add Shopify Order #210-1029-10. Could not find the mapping in static lookup. { Source: shipmethodLookup} { Key: FedEx Express Saver}''
Solution:
To view and check the field mapping, access the integrator.IO, go to Settings, and then Order import. You can see the shipping methods here.
Confirm the mapping is correct for the shipping method.
