Resolve Shopify Fulfillment error: {"errors":{"tracking_numbers":"expected String to be an Array"}}

Data Flow: NetSuite Fulfillment to Shopify Fulfillment Add 

Error Message: {"errors":{"tracking_numbers":"expected String to be an Array"}}

Reason: The orders fulfilled or billed in NetSuite are erroring out when the flow runs to fulfill in Shopify. The error occurs when the orders do not have tracking numbers. 

Resolution:

1. Login to integrator.io.
2. Navigate to the Shopify - NetSuite integration app tile.
3. Go to Flows > Fulfillment.
4. Next to the NetSuite fulfillment to Shopify fulfillment (add) flow, click Edit mapping to edit the field mappings.
5. Click Post order fulfillment to Shopify.
6. In the mappings rules page, look for the 'Tracking Numbers' field in the right column fields and click Edit (Gear icon) to view the Settings page.
7. In the Source data type field, select String array.
8. Click Save. 
9. Now, go to the integrator.io dashboard and view the error dialog.
10. Click Retry to re-run the flow successfully.
