NetSuite plans to deprecate WSDL version 2016.2 as part of their upcoming 2023.2 release. To ensure there are no interruptions to your flows, you must update your NetSuite connections to any WSDL version newer than 2016.2 immediately. For more information, see WSDL Versions in NetSuite.
Use the following steps to verify your connections won't be disrupted due to upcoming NetSuite WSDL changes.
- Open your NetSuite connection, and expand the Advanced section.
- Set the WSDL version to the most recent version (or any version newer than 2016.2). If you are already using a version newer than 2016.2, your connections won't be affected, and no action is necessary at this time.
- Reauthorize the connection:
- If you're using a manual token-based connection, re-enter the Token ID and Token secret, then click Save.
- If you're using an automatic token-based connection, click Save & Authorize.
- If you have multiple NetSuite connections configured, verify that all of them are using WSDL versions newer than 2016.2.
