Orders placed in the Shopify Web Store are imported to NetSuite in real-time.

Example: Placing an Order in Shopify and viewing the imported Order in NetSuite
Go to Catalog and select your product.
Select Item and Add to Cart
The Cart is populated with the Order
Provide Customer Info and Ship method
Click Continue to Payment Method
The payment method depends on Gateway installed in your system. It is recommended to have a Test Mode active in order to test the Checkout and Order Import process. Maintain a list of test credit card numbers by Gateway. Basic credit card numbers do not work.

Order placement is completed from the Shopify Store Front
The Integrator imports the Order in real-time. The Flow section will show the status of the processed data. This one shows that the flow is successfully completed.
The Order is visible is NetSuite. Go to NetSuite and look for the Order by Item name or Order.
The eTail section has the Order Identifiers such as: Shopify Order Number, ETail Channel, ETail Order ID as marked in the image.
Placing the Order from the Back End Admin Portal

Select Item and Customer
Order, Customer and Payment details
Check the Order flow in the Integrator
In this example, the flow displays an error.
Error says ‘Could not find Item in NetSuite’. Go to NetSuite and create the Item ‘Sky Car’.
An Item called ‘SkyCar’ is created in NetSuite
Go to the Integrator and ‘Retry’ the flow.
The status indicates ‘Success’ now, as the flow identified the Item in NetSuite and successfully imported the Order for the Item into NetSuite.
The Order is visible in NetSuite. The ETail section contains the Order Identifiers such as Shopify Order ID, ETail Channel ETail Order ID (indicating the Order is imported from Shopify)
