Problem: Error 'Failed to add Order #XXXX. Cannot "add" record with internalid".
Solution: The filter set on the Order Lookup Criteria must be corrected.
This error is occurring due to the wrong filter set on the Order Lookup Criteria.
- The purchase field doesn't accept "is" as the operator. This can be seen when looking up purchase orders in NetSuite and viewing the options to search by as in the screenshot below.
- Once the operator is corrected, it will accept the Internal Id of the order in the comparison box, not the Order Id.
