Sync Amazon SFP orders to NetSuite

According to Amazon, merchants can increase their sales by improving their product discoverability (Prime filter) and the probability of winning the buy box more often by participating in Amazon's SFP program. If you do enroll in Amazon's Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) program, the Integration App can help you manage your SFP orders in the following ways:

Item Export (Listing SKUs as eligible for SFP)

Merchants need to configure Shipping Template(s) in Amazon & assign them to SKUs in order for the Prime badge to appear on their listings. This can be achieved by creating a custom record in NetSuite to map the shipping template ids & then assign these templates to SKUs in NetSuite. The Integration App supports mapping these values via the OOTB Item Export flow.

Order Import (Bringing SFP orders from Amazon Seller Central into NetSuite)

This does not require any additional configuration & SFP orders are treated as a subset of MFN orders and imported via the integration flows under the "Order (MFN)" section. To flag prime vs non-prime orders, you can map the "Is Prime" field from Amazon to a standard/custom field of your choice in NetSuite & provide your fulfillment teams the required visibility to prioritize prime orders.

Manually fulfill SFP orders

You will need to update your Fulfillment flow Saved Search in NetSuite to ignore the SFP orders i.e. add the filter "is Prime" equals to false. See Manually fulfill SFP orders for more info.
