How to resolve error message: Unable to load timezone file

Error message:
Unable to load timezone file: Celigo/Resources/Celigo.lib.timezone.OlsonTimeZoneData.js | Name: UNEXPECTED_ERROR Message: null

To resolve the error:

1. Ensure Bundle ID 20038 and Bundle ID 157492 have been updated. If the bundles are not current, request an update.
2. Navigate to the File Cabinet-> Celigo-> Resources-> 'Celigo.lib.timezone.OlsonTimeZoneData.js' file. Review if there were any recent changes/deletes.

3. Re-upload/manually process the batch where the error occurred in the CAM IO Dashboard.
