The payment currency is based on the primary currency selected for the NetSuite customer. In some instances, you will have to change the currency for Cash App transactions to the same setting as the payment currency, as described below:
- To change the currency in a Cash App transaction (for example, from USD to CAD), navigate to its Native transaction subtab, delete the initial payment created, and then click Save.
- Recreate the same Cash App transaction.
- Navigate to the Cash app invoices subtab to review the customer matching in the NetSuite open invoice.
- Click Save.
Navigate back to the Native transaction subtab to confirm that the payment currency is correctly updated.
