One Stop Shop (OSS) setup in NetSuite

NetSuite recently introduced a new tax setup called One Stop Shop, which assigns tax codes to orders from sellers with EU domains on eu.integrator.io or integrator.io.

As part of the change, we updated the way EU customers submit SalesOrder records by introducing a new field called OSS Nexus Country. To work with this new field you must map the country code you selected as an OSS Nexus Country in the subsidiary record. After this setup, integrator.io can refresh the record to load the correct Country Nexus and NetSuite can select the appropriate tax code based on the ShipToCountry field.

Notes:
  • You may need to refresh your mappings in integrator.io to see the OSS Nexus Country field.
  • You must map the country code in the NetSuite-specific format, rather than entering the entire country name.
  • integrator.io does not support the OSS feature with Service Items.
