This article explains how B2B shipping label entitlements work in integrator.io — what counts toward your limit, how to monitor your current usage, and how to review your historical usage over time.
Prerequisites
- You must be an account owner or administrator to access subscription and usage details.
What counts as label usage
Each time a flow using the B2B Shipping Labels (powered by BarTender) connector generates a shipping label, it counts against your account's label entitlement for that week. Your subscription plan sets a weekly label allowance (for example, 5,000 labels/week); usage resets each week.
Review your current label usage
- Select your avatar in the upper right of the Home page, then select My account > Subscription.
- Locate B2B Shipping Labels in the Entitlements usage section. This shows your current week's label count relative to your entitlement (for example, 5000/10000).
- Select View next to B2B Shipping Labels to open the Current usage tab, which breaks down label usage by flow and environment for the current period.
Review your historical label usage
In addition to current usage, you can review up to 90 days of past label usage.
- From the B2B Shipping Labels usage page, select the Historical usage tab (next to Current usage).
- Review label usage aggregated by week, displayed in reverse chronological order (most recent week first). Each row shows:
- Date range — the 7-day period the row covers
- Label count — usage shown as used/entitlement (for example, 3,150/10,000)
Monitor your lookup cache usage regularly. If you're consistently approaching your limit, consider purchasing add-on capacity before you run out. Contact your account team to add this capacity to your plan.
Note
- Weeks with no label usage still display a row showing 0, rather than being omitted.
- Historical usage data is collected via periodic snapshots (roughly every 20–24 hours). It reflects the most recently completed collection cycle rather than real-time activity.
- If your account has been active for less than 7 days, you may see limited or no historical data available yet.
Limitations
- Historical usage data is retained for 90 days; data older than that is not available.
- Usage is aggregated by week; a daily breakdown is not available.
- This tracking covers B2B Shipping Labels (powered by Bartender) label usage only, not other APIs or features.
