You can quickly set up email alerts or notifications for flow errors or offline connections from the Alerts tab of each integration. The Alerts tab was previously named Notifications. To learn more about how these notifications work, see How integrator.io handles email notification of errors. You can also set up alerts for long run time flows, which is covered in Set alerts for long-running flows
Tip: If you are an admin, you can set up notifications for other users from the Users tab of each integration.
To set up your alerts or notifications:
- From the home page, select the integration that contains the flows or connections for which you want to configure notification or alerts.
-
In the Integration page, select More and then Alerts.
-
Based on your requirements, select the flows or connections or both for which you want to trigger alerts in case of flow errors or offline connections.
-
If you want to be notified of flow errors, under Notify me of flow errors, select All flows or specific flow(s).
Note: If your integration uses flow groups, the name of the group appears to the right of each flow name.
-
If you want to be notified of offline connections, under
Notify me when connection goes offline, select any specific
connections.
- Click Save.
