Error Message: { [invalid_extension_response: Extension result doesn't contain the same number of elements as the request object.] name: 'invalid_extension_response', source: 'sc4n' }

Reason(s):

1. If there is more than one Order per job and you press Retry, the above error is displayed.
2. When there is a conflict in Configuration records in NetSuite.

Resolution(s):

1. For reason 1, in the Integrator dashboard, the Error column contains the error descriptions. Hover over the error and click View to open the Error dialog. In the Error dialog, do not Retry two Orders at one time. Select the Checkbox for one Order and click Retry. Then select the next Order and Retry.
2. For reason 2, Contact your NetSuite Administrator to resolve conflicts in the Configuration record.
