Order failed to add in Shopify: Could not find a match for itemID

Problem:  Could not find a match for "[["itemid","is",testitem"],"AND",["isinactive","is","F"]]" for the record type "item".

Solution:  This error occurs when the item cannot be found in both systems.  In this case, you can update settings to point to a default SKU if an SKU does not exist in NetSuite.  

  1. Go to the Integration App settings, Order > Flows, and open up the mceclip0.png  Field Mappings of the Shopify Order to NetSuite Order Add Flow.
  2. Scroll down until you see the Item: Item (Name) (or Item : Item (internalid) mapping and click on the gear icon on the right.    mceclip3.png

  4. If items do not have SKUs in the Webstore, add an extra line to the above lookup. mceclip2.png
