File import options:
- Celigo Cash Application Manager can be configured to automatically import files from an FTP site based on a specified schedule.
- Clients may choose to manually import files that they have obtained directly from their bank. The manual import will place the files into the file cabinet in NetSuite.
Deposited or Undeposited Status.
The Celigo Cash App Manager can be configured either to import payments with a status of deposited (into a bank account that you specify) or undeposited. If your payments are imported with a status of undeposited, you will need to run the NetSuite Make Deposit transaction later. Consider the format of your bank statement and your internal bank reconciliation process to determine whether to import payments as deposited or undeposited.
