If your bank’s Cash App Manager file includes a non-customer payment by mistake and applies the payment to the Celigo Dummy customer, you may have reason to delete the transaction and payment.
- Edit and delete the payment first.
Note: Do not click on the Remove button on the far right column of the transactions list. This does not delete the payment, it only un-links it from the Transaction record. - Edit and then mark the transaction as inactive. Do not delete the transaction.
