In the Cash Application Manager dashboard, the transactions are loaded into a table. A visual chart is provided, enabling you to navigate the transactions by category: Applied, Partially Applied, Unapplied, Unidentified, Errors/Skipped, Unprocessed. Select the transactions (Transaction Number column) to open the records in NetSuite.
Check for data with applied status
Select the transaction in the Applied section.
The NetSuite record is displayed in a new window. Since customers and invoices are matching (as per the rule engine), the status is displayed as ‘Applied’. Next, a payment automatically created for this transaction.

Payment is automatically created in NetSuite.
Open the payment to verify that the invoices are paid in full. The invoices, which were in an open status, now show up as paid in full.
