You may see the error "Celigo Product Bundle not installed in NetSuite. Please install and try again" during setup or verification of a new integration. This error may appear even if the Celigo Product Bundle is already installed in NetSuite.
Error message: “Celigo Product Bundle not installed in NetSuite. Please install and try again.”
Reason: The error typically occurs if the Celigo NetSuite Connector Utility Restlet script is not in the correct deployment state (i.e., not marked as "Released" or not deployed).
Resolution:
Important
Do not rename the Amazon integration bundle folder or any of its parent folders to a non-English language in NetSuite. The Amazon integration bundle installs a default folder structure in the NetSuite File Cabinet, which is required for successful bundle verification. Renaming this folder, or using non-English characters, can cause the verification script to fail during installation.
As a result, you may encounter the error: Error statusCode 422, Failed in step: verifyConnectorBundle. An error occurred while processing the resource creation.
By default, the bundle is installed at the location: Documents > Files > File Cabinet > Suite Bundles > Bundle 169116.
Ensure that this folder path and name remain unchanged to prevent bundle verification errors when installing or reinstalling the Amazon Seller Central – NetSuite integration app.
- Log in to NetSuite: Log in to the NetSuite account that is connected to the integration where you're facing the issue.
Navigate to Script Deployment
Go to: Customization > Scripting > Scripts
- In the Filters > Type, search for: Celigo NetSuite Connector Utility
Locate the script and click View to open it.
Check Deployment Status
- In the script record, go to the Deployment sub-tab
Verify that:
The Deployed checkbox is selected
The Status is set to Released
Once corrected: Retry the integration setup or refresh the bundle verification process. If the script is correctly deployed and in a Released state, the error should no longer appear.
Note
- This issue usually arises during new integration setup.
- Always ensure the Celigo Product Bundle is installed and properly configured (including scripts and deployments).
