The Amazon Seller Central-NetSuite integration app helps online retailers combine the powerful Amazon online marketplace platform with the proven back-office features of NetSuite and keep the orders, customers, fulfillments, pricing & inventory levels in sync.
Before you install the Amazon Seller Central-NetSuite integration app, perform the following:
-
Perform the steps mentioned in the Prerequisites article.
-
Install the integrator.io and Amazon bundles in NetSuite.
Important
If your Ireland store was created before the April 2026 release, the store record may appear in the integration as AMZ-MISC-1, AMZ-MISC-2, and so on.
Important
Do not rename the Amazon integration bundle folder or any of its parent folders to a non-English language in NetSuite. The Amazon integration bundle installs a default folder structure in the NetSuite File Cabinet, which is required for successful bundle verification. Renaming this folder, or using non-English characters, can cause the verification script to fail during installation.
As a result, you may encounter the error: Error statusCode 422, Failed in step: verifyConnectorBundle. An error occurred while processing the resource creation.
By default, the bundle is installed at the location: Documents > Files > File Cabinet > SuiteBundles > Bundle 169116.
Ensure that this folder path and name remain unchanged to prevent bundle verification errors when installing or reinstalling the Amazon Seller Central – NetSuite integration app.
