Download: On-prem agent version 4.3.0
We’re making essential changes to maintain the security and efficiency of your Celigo integrations. The Celigo on-prem agent will no longer support Windows Server 2012 R2. This decision aligns with Microsoft’s end of support for this operating system. For more details about the end of support for Windows Server 2012 R2 and how it might affect you, see Microsoft’s official End of Support Notice. You must upgrade your Windows server environment to ensure uninterrupted service and compatibility with the latest Celigo integrations.
To continue using Windows Server 2012 R2 and the Celigo on-prem agent, download agent version 4.3.0 and follow the steps in this article to install it. This agent doesn't include automatic updates, so you can continue using the unsupported Windows Server 2012 R2 environment.

The setup prompts you to choose installation options:
-
Select whether to install the agent Only for me (Administrator) or for Anyone who uses this computer (all users) in the currently logged-in profile.
-
Only for me – accessible to only one user
-
All users – any user can run the service, but only one user should run it at a time.

The Agent shortcut is added to your desktop and Windows programs, and the software opens to ask you for an integrator.io token.
An access token secures communication between the agent and integrator.io. Your agent token was automatically generated when you initially created the agent through integrator.io. In this case, you'll be copying the agent token you already had in use.
To find the token:
-
Return to integrator.io and navigate to Resources → Agents.
-
In the list of agents, click Show token.
-
Click Copy (
) next to the unmasked access token to copy it to your clipboard.
-
In the agent software, enter the access token. The agent will automatically start communicating with integrator.io.
The agent should now be online. You may have to refresh the page to validate that it’s online.
If your token is compromised, you can generate a new token:
This will automatically revoke the old token, so you must enter the new one.
After installing the agent:
-
Enable disabled webhooks on the provider's end (if any).
-
Enable flows.
-
Confirm that all flows are running.
-
Verify webhook functionality (if applicable).
-
Monitor for any errors in the first few hours after the update.
If you encounter any errors, try re-running the affected flows. For persistent issues, contact Celigo Support immediately.
If Agent version 4.3.0 fails to run or encounters issues with flow execution, immediately revert to version 3.4.0 as a temporary solution.
