Install the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite

Note

If you plan to create custom NetSuite integrations, see Install and use the integrator.io SuiteApp.

When you configure a flow (to either export from NetSuite or import into NetSuite), integrator.io will check to see if the integrator.io bundle (NetSuite Internal ID 20038) has been installed in the NetSuite account selected for the flow. This validation happens when the connection is selected on the flow.

If integrator.io determines that the bundle has not been installed in the NetSuite account, a message will be added under the “Connection”. The message will include a link. Clicking the link will open the bundle installation page in the NetSuite account. (You may have to sign into NetSuite if you are not already signed in on another tab in the browser).

Install the 20038 bundle manually directly from NetSuite

In your NetSuite account, sign in as an administrator and navigate to Setup > Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles

Install the bundle

Once the bundle installation page opens, click Install to have the bundle installed in the NetSuite account. You can view the components that would be installed by clicking on the Components tab.

Once you agree to the terms of service, the installation will start. It could take a few minutes to complete & possibly longer in the NetSuite sandbox environment.

Uninstall the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite

If you use NetSuite to integrate with Salesforce, and you have installed the Salesforce bundle in your NetSuite account, you must first uninstall the Salesforce bundle to uninstall the integrator.io NetSuite bundle.
