Integration page tabs and buttons

When you open an integration from the Home page, you can use the following tabs to manage the flows, APIs, tools, and topics in your integration. Tabs that don't fit in the tab bar appear under More. This article describes each tab and button on the integration page.

Component Description
(1) Settings

This tab lets you customize your forms and fields at the integration, flow, export, import, or connection level. Flows in the integration can access these settings at runtime. Select Launch form builder to create a custom form that exposes and manages your settings fields, so that less technical users don't need to work with raw JSON.

Note: JSON settings aren't available for APIs.

(2) Flows This tab (default) lists all the flows in this integration. Open this tab to create flows, monitor their status and errors, edit your mappings, add an import, and run your flow.
(3) APIs This tab lists all the APIs in this integration and lets you monitor their status. You can create new APIs from this tab, review your API configurations, and modify them as needed.
(4) Tools This tab lists all the tools in this integration and lets you monitor their status. You can create new tools from this tab, review your tools' configurations, and modify them as needed.
(5) Dashboard This tab shows the status of every flow that ran for the last 30 days, or for your data retention period. From here, you can watch your flows run in real time, review errors as they occur, correct or retry errors for any flow in the integration, and review your run times.
(6) Connections This tab lists all the connections in this integration, the channels through which you import and export data to your applications, and lets you monitor their status. All functional flows require validated online connections.
(7) Lookup caches This tab lists the lookup caches registered to your integration, with each cache's size and last-updated date. You can create a lookup cache or register an existing one from this tab. See Register lookup caches & create aliases.
(8) Topics This tab lists the topics registered to your integration. You can create a topic, register an existing one, or view a topic's message history. See Grant access to topics.
(9) File storage This tab shows your integration's folder in Celigo Storage. You can create folders, upload files, and filter files by type or last-updated date. See Celigo Storage overview.
(10) Alerts This tab lets you choose who gets an email when a flow encounters an error or when a connection used by a flow goes offline, so that you can quickly fix the problem. You can also create long run time alerts, which notify the recipients you choose when a flow runs longer than a limit you set. See Set alerts for long-running flows.
(11) Audit log This tab keeps a record of everything that happens in this integration during your data retention period, including changes to its associated resources. See View or download your audit logs.
(12) Analytics This tab shows errors, successes, ignores, and average processing time per successful record over time in visual charts. Use them to spot trends, performance issues, and unexpected spikes in integration activity.
(13) Users This tab lets you view and manage all users who can access this integration, along with their permission levels. Account owners can also select + Invite users to invite users to the account.
(14) Aliases This tab lists all aliases defined for this integration's resources. Aliases let you reference the integration's resources by a named alias instead of a resource ID, which is particularly helpful when working with scripts. Aliases aren't available for APIs or tools. See Create and manage aliases to reference resources in scripts.
(15) Revisions This tab displays every change or revision made to the integration as a result of a snapshot, pull, or revert, and lets you manage version control and releases. See Integration Lifecycle Management (ILM) overview and Work with revisions.
(16) Admin This tab gives you general information about your integration, including its name and description. Describe your integration here so that other users can quickly understand the business problems it solves. Use the Readme tab to add documentation for other users. See Update your integration Admin tab.
(17) Clone integration This button lets you clone an integration and all its resources. Clone an integration when you plan to make many changes and don't want to break anything that currently works while you test.
(18) Delete integration This button lets you delete the integration. Before you delete an integration, you must delete or deregister any associated resources. All resources and integrations remain in the Recycle bin for your data retention period.
