Resolve Shopify error: VARIANT_ID_NOT_FOUND | variant_id is missing on item record

Data flow: Netsuite Order to Shopify Order Add flow

Error code: order_export_error

Error message: Failed to sync the NetSuite Sales Order with id# 12345678 to Shopify. "Shopify Variant Id" is absent in the "Celigo Shopify Item Id Map" record. Run the "Product" flows to sync new items/variants to Shopify. If the error persists, run the "Shopify Product Id to NetSuite Item Mass Update" flow to sync item/variant Ids for existing products in Shopify and rerun this flow.

Reason: The error appears when the ']"Shopify Variant Id" is missing in the "Celigo Shopify Item ID Map" record in NetSuite.

Resolution: To resolve this, please edit/save the items used in the order and run the item export flow.  If you still encounter the same issue, please run the 'Shopify Product Id to NetSuite Item Mass Update' flow in the Inventory section.
