This article explains how to add or remove user access to your Celigo integrator.io account. Only an account owner or administrator (admin) can add users, remove users, or change user permissions.
Note
When an account owner or admin enables the Invitations feature in an account, non-admins can invite users to an integration with only monitor permission to assign errors and collaboratively fix them. This feature is enabled, by default, in new accounts.
-
Sign into integrator.io as an account owner or admin, click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of integrator.io, then click Users.
-
Click + Invite user.
-
Enter the new user’s email address, and configure the permissions.
-
Click Save.
The user receives an email with a confirmation link that takes them to the sign in page.
Note
Users must set up a profile with their email address to access any account in that domain. If a user must access a US integrator.io account AND an EU integrator.io account (eu.integrator.io), they must create a profile associated with their email address in both domains.
-
If you invite a user who does not yet have an existing Celigo account, the link will take them to the integrator.io sign up page. After they create their profile, they will have access the account you invited them to.
-
An NA (integrator.io) user who is invited to an EU (eu.integrator.io) account must establish an EU account before accepting the invitation, and vice versa. The same email address is acceptable in both instances simultaneously.
-
Sign into integrator.io as an account owner or admin, click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of integrator.io, then click Users.
-
Click the Actions overflow menu next to the user and select Remove user from account.
Use the following steps to permanently delete your account and remove all associated data:
-
Delete all resources used by any flow or integration in your account.
-
Delete all integrations and flows in your account.
-
Delete all user profiles and account information.
-
Delete any remaining resources.
-
Notify Celigo support of your request to delete your account and remove all associated data.
