Invite or remove integrator.io account users

This article explains how to add or remove user access to your Celigo integrator.io account. Only an account owner or administrator (admin) can add users, remove users, or change user permissions.

Note: When an account owner or admin enables the Invitations feature in an account, non-admins can invite users to an integration with only monitor permission to assign errors and collaboratively fix them. This feature is enabled, by default, in new accounts.

Important: Account owners can't permanently delete their own accounts. Account owners can delete all flows and remove all users from the account. There is no way to fully delete an account owner's account.

Invite a user to your account

1. Sign into integrator.io as an account owner or admin, click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of integrator.io, then click Users.
2. Click + Invite user.

3. Enter the new user’s email address, and configure the permissions.
4. Click Save.

The user receives an email with a confirmation link that takes them to the sign in page.

Remove a user

1. Sign into integrator.io as an account owner or admin, click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of integrator.io, then click Users.

2. Click the Actions overflow menu next to the user and select Remove user from account.
