Manual creation of order in NetSuite results in duplicate orders

Issue:

Create manual sales order or cash sale record in NetSuite, irrespective of the Shopify Order to NetSuite Order/CashSale Add flow is enabled. This practice is not recommended as the Integration App checks details for the required information in the eTail tab.

Resolution:

If it is really necessary to create manual orders in Netsuite, make sure to add the following information in the eTail tab to avoid error or duplicates:  eTail Order Id,  eTail Channel, and Store

Note: The Shopify tab here is the Store. You need to make sure that Store ID and Store fields have values.
