What's new
Clone new account using the existing account configuration within the same integration tile
When you add a new account, you can now configure the account manually or clone the account resources from one of the existing Amazon accounts For more information, see install an additional Amazon account with the same NetSuite account.
Prerequisite: Before you clone the account, ensure that the source account is on the latest version of the integration app.
What’s enhanced
Sync tax registration details using the “Amazon (FBA/MFN) Order to NetSuite Order Add” flow
The Amazon (FBA/MFN) Order to NetSuite Order Add flow syncs the data from the following Amazon tax registration details fields to NetSuite:
- taxRegistrationId
- taxRegistrationAuthority
- taxRegistrationType
To sync data related to the above fields, configure the below mappings:
Export field (Amazon MWS) |
Import field (NetSuite) |
TaxRegistrationDetails[].member[].taxRegistrationId |
<Map to any NetSuite custom field> |
TaxRegistrationDetails[].member[].taxRegistrationAuthority.country |
<Map to any NetSuite custom field> |
TaxRegistrationDetails[].member[].taxRegistrationType |
<Map to any NetSuite custom field> |
Lookup bubble added to the Amazon FBA and MFN order flows
A new lookup bubble Amazon List Order Items Export Adaptor is added to the Amazon FBA and MFN order flows. The page processor retrieves all the order-related items information from Amazon.

- Amazon (FBA) order to NetSuite order Add (on-demand sync)
- Amazon (MFN) Order to NetSuite Order Add
- Amazon (MFN) order to NetSuite order Add (on-demand sync)
Initialize the “Shipping Address Country” field during order sync
If you’re installing the Amazon - NetSuite integration app and trying to sync orders, the integration app initializes the Shipping Address Country field to apply tax codes based on the region or marketplace. This is to ensure that the correct tax code is assigned and avoid errors related to the invalid references of tax codes.
Note: This is applicable only for a new integration app or an additional store installation.
What’s fixed
Ignore item receipt when the child transfer orders are in “received” status
In NetSuite, if the Serialized Inventory and Lot Tracking check boxes (NetSuite > Setup > Company > Enable Features page > Item and Inventory tab, Inventory sub-tab) are unchecked, the Amazon Delivered Shipments to NetSuite Item Receipt flow now ignores the item receipt when the child transfer orders are in received status. The flow also ensures not to display any error message.
