This article explains how to install the Salesforce - Zendesk Support quickstart integration template.
Before you install
A. Create your Celigo iPaaS account
To install the Salesforce - Zendesk Support template, sign up for an integrator.io account with administrative access.
B. Install Salesforce package
Before installing the Salesforce – Zendesk Support template, you must install the Celigo[AT]_Salesforce_Zendesk package in Salesforce, which creates the following fields.

To install the Salesforce package:
- Sign in to your Salesforce account and click this package.
- Select Install for admins only.
- Click Install.
Find and install the Salesforce – Zendesk Support template from the marketplace
To install the Salesforce – Zendesk Support template:
- Navigate to integrator.io > Marketplace.
- From the available templates, select either Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Find the Salesforce – Zendesk Support template and click Preview. The Install template page appears.
- Review the template’s contents and the ReadMe file, and click Install now to begin.
Set up the connections and integrate with Salesforce and Zendesk Support
To install the integration, complete the steps shown.
Step 1. Connect to Salesforce
Click Configure to set up the Salesforce JWT bearer token or refresh token connection.
If you have already set up a connection to Salesforce, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list.
Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Salesforce account credentials. After saving the connection, sign in to Salesforce and consent to the integration.
Step 2. Connect to Zendesk Support
Click Configure to set up the Zendesk Support basic or token authentication connection.
If you have already set up a connection to Zendesk Support, select Use existing connection and choose it from the Connection list.
Otherwise, click Set up new connection and provide your Zendesk Support account credentials. After saving the connection, sign in to Zendesk Support and consent to the integration.
Step 3. Copy resources now from template zip
Click Install to create all six flows in your application.
