Perform quick actions from the Home page

On the Home page from both tile and list views, you can perform several actions in your integrations. For a list of actions that you can perform in custom integrations and integration apps, see the following table.

Custom integrations – Clone, download, or delete an integration

On the Home page from both tile and list views, you can perform actions such as clone, download, or delete a custom integration. Note that though Standalone flows are considered as custom integrations, you cannot perform any actions in Standalone flows from the Home page.

To clone, download, or delete an integration,

  1. On the Home page, select the custom integration in which you want to perform an action. If you are using the tile view, select the integration tile; or, if you are using the list view, select the integration row.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the tile (tile view) or in the Actions column (list view), click the overflow (...) icon. (The overflow (...) icon is not available for Standalone Flows.)
  3. In the list that opens, select the action that you want to perform, that is, Clone integration, Download integration, or Delete integration.
  4. To complete the selected action, see the reference provided in the table and follow the steps.

Integration apps - Clone, renew, reactivate, or uninstall an integration 

On the Home page from both tile and the list views, you can perform actions such as clone, renew, reactivate, or uninstall an integration app.

To clone, renew, reactivate, or uninstall an integration,

  1. On the Home page, select the integration app in which you want to perform an action. If you are using the tile view, select the integration tile; or, if you are using the list view, select the integration row.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the tile (tile view) or in the Actions column (list view), click the overflow (...) icon.
  3. In the list that opens, select the action that you want to perform, that is, Clone integration, Renew subscription, Reactivate subscription, or Uninstall integration. (Note that Renew subscription shows in the list 30 days before your subscription expires. It alerts you that your subscription is going to expire so that you can renew your subscription in time. Reactivate subscription shows only after you renew your subscription.)
  4. To complete the selected action, see the reference provided in the table and follow the steps.

    Clone integration See the “Clone an integration” section in Clone integrations and flows. However, note that cloning is supported only in select Integration apps. If your Integration app, does not support cloning, check if the template utility is available.

Custom integrations and Integration apps - Pin or unpin an integration 

When you want to quickly find integrations that you use frequently and avoid searching or scrolling through all the integrations to find them, use the pin feature. This feature is available only in the list view. You can pin an integration, and it will appear at the top of the list with the pin icon. When you sort integrations, a pinned integration that is placed at the top of the list is moved based on the order of the sorting. You can unpin an integration, as required, at any time.

If you are not using the list view, see Switch the view to switch to the list view. Only in the list view, you can sort, filter, or pin integrations.

To pin an integration,

  1. On the Home page, click the list view icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select the integration that you want to pin.
  3. in the Actions column, click the overflow (...) icon; and, in the list that opens, click Pin integration.
    The integration shows the top of the list along with a pinned icon.

To unpin a pinned integration,

  1. In the list view, select the integration.
  2. In the Actions column, click the overflow (...) icon; and, in the list that opens, click Unpin integration.
    The pinned integration is removed from the top of the list.
