Overview
Cash Application Manager for NetSuite (CAM) automatically converts bank Lockbox files, ACH payments, Wire transfer files, and more into digital payments helping you speed up account receivables and avoid errors.
Before you begin
Before you begin with the installation of Cash Application Manager for NetSuite (CAM), perform the steps mentioned below.
- Perform the steps mentioned in the Prerequisites article.
- Install the integrator.io and Cash Application Manager bundles in NetSuite.
Install the integrator.io bundle in NetSuite
- In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
- In the Search bar, enter "Celigo integrator.io". Find Bundle ID 20038.
- Click Install.
Install the Cash Application Manager bundle in NetSuite
To install the Cash Application Manager bundle in NetSuite:
- In NetSuite, go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
- In the KEYWORDS textbox, enter "Celigo Cash Application Manager" and then click Search. Find Bundle ID 157492.
- Click Install.
Install Cash Application Manager for NetSuite
To install Cash Application Manager for NetSuite (integrator.io):
- In integrator.io, go to Marketplace > Banking > Cash Application Manager for NetSuite.
- Click Install. The integrator.io Dashboard page will appear and in that, you can see the Cash Application Manager for NetSuite tile is ready for setup.
Note: If you see the Contact Sales button or the Request demo button instead of the Install button, please reach out to your Account Executive to check the status of your connector license.
- On the Cash Application Manager for NetSuite tile, click Setup and go through the guided install process.
- On the Cash Application Manager for NetSuite Setup page,
- For NetSuite Connection, Configure NetSuite Connection Credentials.
- For Bank Connection, Configure Bank Connection Credentials.
- For Integrator Bundle, the Installed status will come automatically. This is because you installed the integrator.io bundle.
Note: If you are seeing the Click to Install link, click the link and this will open the NetSuite login page. Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials and the Click to Install will automatically convert to the Verify Now link. Now click Verify Now.
- For Celigo CashApp Manager, click Verify Now. This is because you installed the Cash Application Manager bundle.
Note: If you are seeing the Click to Install link, click the link and this will open the NetSuite login page. Log in to NetSuite using your NetSuite credentials and the Click to Install will automatically convert to the Verify Now link. Now click Verify Now.
Configure NetSuite Connection credentials
To configure NetSuite Connection credentials:
- On the Cash Application Manager for NetSuite Setup page, for NetSuite Connection, click Click to Configure;
- In the NetSuite Connection dialog box, you can select either of the following authentication types:
- (RECOMMENDED) Select Authentication Type as Token and also perform the following steps:
- Create access tokens for the NetSuite connection.
- Provide access tokens to the NetSuite connection.
- Select Authentication Type as Basic and perform the following steps:
- Enter your NetSuite email ID and password and then click Validate.
- Slect the desired values for Environment, Account, and Role.
- Click Save.
- (RECOMMENDED) Select Authentication Type as Token and also perform the following steps:
Configure Bank Connection Credentials
To configure Bank Connection credentials:
- On the Cash Application Manager for NetSuite Setup page, for Bank Connection, click Click to Configure.
- On the Bank Connection window, enter the following details.
- Host: The URL of the SFTP/FTPS/FTP server host. Typically, this value will look something like 'ftp.mycompany.com', or sometimes just a raw IP address '100.200.300.1'.
- Protocol: Select the desired protocol. The recommended protocol is secure FTP protocols.
- Username: The username that you will use to log in to the FTP/SFTP/FTPS server.
- Password: The password associated with the username that you are using to connect with the FTP/SFTP/FTPS server. Please note that there are multiple layers of protection in place (including AES 256 encryption) to keep your password safe.
- Click Test and this should show you the Connection is working fine message.
- Click Save.
