From Home, click the Cash Application Manager for NetSuite to open the Settings tab, or click Success on the Integration tile to access the Dashboard tab.
Turn on/off Integration flows
Click the Flows tab and use the Off/On toggle switch to turn on or turn off the flow. The switch is grey when the flow is off. The switch is green when the flow is on.
Schedule Integration flows
You can use this section to set up or modify scheduled flows. The frequency to sync the data automatically can be customized using presets from 15 minutes to once a week or by selecting a duration of your choice. To know how to schedule the order data flow, see Scheduling flows.
Data Loader Integration flows
You can use the Data Loader to upload files from a local directory. Check the Enable Manual Upload Mode checkbox on the Settings tab to use the Data Loader. For more information on manual uploads, see Data Loader.
Run Integration flows
To manually run a flow, click the play icon in the Run column on the Flows tab next to the flow you want to run.
View flow status dashboard
When you run an Integration flow from the Settings tab, the dashboard page displays and provides the status of the flow. The integration progresses through the following stages:
- in queue
- in progress
- completed
You can filter integration jobs based on options like flows with errors or based on other statuses, etc. You can also hide empty jobs. The dashboard displays the number of records exported by each flow, and failed flows or flows with errors are categorized by color code. You can also use the dashboard to resolve errors.
Resolve errors
The dashboard indicates error types by color code.
- Fully red indicates that all records in the flow had errors, and no records were successfully imported during the job.
- Part red and part green indicates that some records were successfully imported, but some were not.
- Fully green indicates that all records were successfully imported.
Hover over an error to view and resolve the issues from within the dashboard. For detailed information, see Error handling.
Modify Integration flow field mappings
The data flow comes with pre-built field mappings, but you can add, remove, or modify the field mappings of the Bank Transaction to NetSuite flow. For detailed information, see Field Mapping Options in integrator.io.
Manage Integration connections
You can access, update, and share your connections and credentials with other team members with integrator accounts. For detailed information, see Managing and sharing connections in integrator.io.
You can edit and update the connection credentials, but you can't share the connections through Integration App tiles. However, you can share the tile.
You can download the debug logs using the Debug Connection option. You can also set the debug level duration for 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes or check the debug logs when flows are ignored.
Click View audit logs to check the logs for a given connection's previous or new values.
