Problem: What is the process for mapping a drop-down box on a ZenDesk ticket to a drop-down box on a NetSuite support case?
Solution: Use Static lookup field mapping type, which allows you to perform a value-to-value mapping from the Case Status drop-down list in Zendesk. Use Static Lookup to map NetSuite field "Status". Instead of Status Name you will have to use tags since Zendesk only exports tags NOT labels/display names.
- Go to Zendesk Settings > Ticket Fields > Click on Custom field ID number.
- Click "Show Tags". (Same mapping as Static Lookup option when mapping drop-down fields).
