- In the Zendesk Support – NetSuite Integration App Settings, navigate to User sync and check Find NetSuite Contacts in Zendesk using email address.
- Then, go to Flows > User Sync and update the Mapping (
) for
email
in the following flows:- NetSuite Contact to Zendesk User Add
- NetSuite Contact to Zendesk User Update
Test these changes by creating or adding a NetSuite contact with the same email address as the Zendesk user, and confirm that duplicate records are not created.
An additional safeguard would involve creating a condition or qualification criteria on the flow to prevent syncing duplicate email addresses.
