- Sign in to integrator.io and go to Zendesk Support - NetSuite Integration App.
- From Flows > Financials Sync, click NetSuite Sales Order to Zendesk Organization/User.
- Click to edit NetSuite Sales Orders Export.
- Make sure that the Saved search type is set to Public, which allows you to see the list of saved searches as well as click the hyperlink to open the search directly in NetSuite.
- Open the NetSuite Saved search and make the following changes:
- In the Criteria tab, add Zendesk ID should not be empty.
- In the Results tab, set up Zendesk ID as the customer ID. This step ensures that the search will recognise the corresponding Zendesk ID of the synced NetSuite customer record.
- Update the saved search in NetSuite with the new filters and select Save As to create a copy of the search with a new name.
- Update the NetSuite Sales Order to Zendesk Organization/User flow to export using your new NetSuite saved search.
- Run each flow.
You can now confirm that the Zendesk user record is available in the Sales order record.
