Your Celigo account is the central hub for managing your profile, subscriptions, environments, security, and team invitations.
This guide serves as the starting point for account administration. It outlines account components, management roles, and step-by-step procedures for key administrative tasks.
To access your Celigo account information, go to Account (the avatar at the top of the page).
Manage your account and profile
Before you can build integrations, you need an account and a profile. Sign up for an account in the region where you want your data hosted, then set your personal details and sign-in preferences. Use the following links to set up and manage your account and profile:
- Set up your account
- Sign in to integrator.io
- Change your email address, time zone, and profile settings
- Troubleshoot sign-in
Manage your subscription and usage
Your subscription determines which features and entitlements are available in your account, such as flows run, endpoints invoked, on-premise agents used, and API calls. An account owner or administrator can review the plan and monitor how much of each entitlement the account is using.
Manage users and permissions
Account owners and administrators control who can access the account and what each person can view or change. Roles fall into three types — account owner, administrator, and user — and users can be granted manage, monitor, or custom access.
- Invite, manage, and remove users
- Understand roles and permissions
- Transfer full control of the account to someone else
- Give Celigo Support temporary access for troubleshooting
Work with environments
Environments are separate workspaces within an account where you can develop and test integrations without affecting live data. Every account has one Production environment, and Professional and Enterprise editions can add non-production environments such as development, QA, or staging. In the multiple-environment structure, each environment keeps its own isolated resources; in the legacy Production and Sandbox model, the two environments share resources.
- Create and manage multiple environments
- Understand how licenses, entitlements, and resources work per environment — see Account subscriptions and entitlements overview.
- Invite users and manage access to an account or environment
- Manage environment security
- Upgrade to the multiple-environment structure
- Use multiple environments with API Management
- Use multiple environments with Integration Lifecycle Management (ILM)
