Subscription-based single sign-on (SSO)

The Single sign-on (SSO) feature is enabled based on your subscription. SSO provides improved security and a streamlined user experience.

If this premium feature is currently not included in your subscription, an account owner or administrator can request an upgrade to use SSO. 

Upgrade subscription to use SSO

To view SSO details and request an upgrade to your subscription:

  1. Click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of integrator.io, then click Security
  2. Check if Single sign-on (SSO) is included in your subscription.

  3. If Single sign-on (SSO) is not included, click Request upgrade. (If SSO is included, you can see and edit all of its settings.)

SSO-related tabs

You can view SSO-related details in the Subscription and Security tabs.

Tab Description
Subscription This tab is available only for account owners and provides details of your subscription plan, such as features and entitlements.
  • If you see a checkmark () next to the Single sign-on (SSO) feature, then you have access to the feature.
  • If you see the Single sign-on (SSO) feature grayed out, then you don’t have access to the feature. The Security tab will provide details to upgrade your plan if you want to use the feature.
Security

This tab is available for both account owners and users. Note that the fields displayed vary for account owners and users.

If SSO is available in your plan, you can configure the settings:

If it is currently not available, you can upgrade your subscription and use it.
